We are of the opinion that professional project management has lost its way over recent years. Too much focus is placed on liability and protecting the status quo, resulting in long-winded project management systems without human interface.
This has, in our view, resulted in ineffective project management with less responsibility and little decision making often leading to late delivery and increased cost.
Our Philosophy
We believe that in order to successfully project manage a project it is paramount that we understand the objectives of our client, the key drivers and the sensitivities that are particular to them.
It is also important to have the right tools necessary to provide effective project management services. Our control systems are sufficiently robust, but not over bureaucratic which provides more time to get the job done.
It is also recognised that project management is more than just systems and tick boxes. Our project managers have exceptional people management skills and are able to effectively interact at all levels and in all sectors. They are extremely skilled in establishing professional relationships with clients and multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects on time and to budget.

We also recognise that development and construction, by the shear nature of the industry is inherently risky and that it is absolutely paramount that the project manager establishes a project de-risk strategy at the “front end” of the project to protect the client’s business case and delivery strategy. Our own Continuous Risk Management System (CRM) allows us to effectively de-risk projects during the design development and procurement process.
