At Roscoe, we believe that the critical first stage of any project is to establish a viable development concept that is affordable and deliverable.
We view our early involvement in any project as the precursor to full and effective development management. The core of this service is to fully understand the project deliverables (cost v value) and provide effective early de-risking strategies that will maintain or enhance development profit. This service also looks at ways of enhancing revenue streams to maximise asset/business value.
We believe that in order to ensure that the key project drivers are met and achieved, a co-ordinated project delivery team needs to be established, where we at Roscoe provide the development management leadership. In support of this objective, Roscoe would undertake to drive the capital cost down to a level that would establish a viable development profit, but at the same time maintain a level of quality as set by the client. We would effectively provide a commercially driven development management service that ensures the key project drivers are achieved.
This would be supported where necessary with our Development Recovery Team to provide the client with a project re-engineering service to re-vitalise projects that have stalled. In support of this we can offer a unique project financing package and would utilise our unique Continuous Risk Management system (CRM) to ensure that the development profit is maintained.
